Unit Sought: Included: All Musicians and Librarians of the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra, a Division of the Robert W. Woodruff Arts Center, Inc. Excluded: Employees who are employed by third party contractors; managerial employees, guards, supervisors, and confidential employees as defined in the Act. Petitioner seeks an Armour-Globe election to include the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra's Librarians in the existing unit of Musicians of the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra, a Division of the Robert W. Woodruff Arts Center, Inc.

Unit Sought: Included: All full-time and regular part-time solar installers employed at the employer's solar farm construction projects located in Salinas, Puerto Rico and Guayama, Puerto Rico, including employees performing duties such as mechanical installation, module (panel) installation, racking assembly, wire management, torquing, quality control related to installation, and any other tasks customarily performed by solar installation personnel on-site. Excluded: All office clerical employees, professional employees, guards and supervisors as defined in the Act, and all other employees not engaged in solar installation work at the Salinas and Guayama solar farm project locations.
