FOIA Public Liaisons:

The NLRB’s FOIA Public Liaison is a supervisory official to whom you may raise concerns about the service you have received from the office processing your FOIA request.  You may also raise such concerns to the NLRB FOIA Officer.  The FOIA Officer or FOIA Public Liaison shall seek to ensure a service-oriented response to FOIA requests and FOIA-related inquiries.  For example, the FOIA Officer or FOIA Public Liaison shall assist, as appropriate, in reducing delays, increasing transparency, understanding the status of requests, and resolving disputes.  Please contact the FOIA Officer or FOIA Public Liaison if you have concerns about information you have received.
