This training session will explain the New Representation Case Rules scheduled for implementation on April 14, 2015. This training is for any persons who are likely to be involved in representation proceedings before the National Labor Relations Board. The details of the processing of a petition under the new rules will be covered including filing of the petition, litigable issues, parties' responsibilities, scheduling the election, conducting the election and post-election procedures.
