Devin S. Grosh Appointed as the Assistant to the Regional Director in Region 4

Today, the National Labor Relations Board Acting General Counsel Peter Sung Ohr announced the appointment of Devin S. Grosh as the Assistant to the Regional Director of the NLRB’s Regional office in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania (Region 4). In his new position, Mr. Grosh will assist Regional Director Thomas Goonan in the administration and enforcement of the National Labor Relations Act in the eastern half of Pennsylvania, the southern half of New Jersey, and portions of northern Delaware. 

Mr. Grosh grew up in Quarryville, Pennsylvania. He attended Pennsylvania State University, earning a Bachelor of Science in Labor and Industrial Relations, with minors in Psychology and History. Mr. Grosh worked as a Student Co-Op in Region 4 while attending Penn State and then began his career there in 2001 as a Field Examiner.
