Jennifer A. Hadsall Named Assistant to the Regional Director of the NLRB's Minneapolis Office

Richard F. Griffin, Jr., General Counsel of the National Labor Relations Board, today announced the appointment of Jennifer A. Hadsall as the Assistant to the Regional Director of the NLRB’s Regional Office in Minneapolis, MN (Region 18).  In her new position, Ms. Hadsall will assist Regional Director Marlin O. Osthus in the administration and enforcement of the National Labor Relations Act in Minnesota, Wisconsin, Iowa, North Dakota, and South Dakota. 
Ms. Hadsall is a Minneapolis native who currently manages Region 18’s Resident Office in Des Moines.  Ms. Hadsall received a B.A. from the University of Minnesota and a Master’s degree in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota.  She began her career with the NLRB in 2003 as a Field Examiner in Region 18.  In 2010, she relocated to Des Moines after her promotion to Resident Officer. 
The NLRB administers and enforces the National Labor Relations Act. It investigates and remedies unfair labor practices and conducts secret-ballot elections to determine whether employees desire union representation.
