Pamela W. Scott appointed Resident Officer in NLRB’s Miami Resident Office

National Labor Relations Board Acting General Counsel Lafe Solomon announced the appointment of Pamela W. Scott as the Resident Officer of the NLRB’s Resident Office in Miami, Florida (Region 12). In her new position, Ms. Scott will assist Acting Regional Director Margaret Diaz in the administration and enforcement of the National Labor Relations Act in Florida and southern Georgia.
Ms. Scott received a B.A. degree from the University of Maryland at College Park, and a J.D. degree from George Washington University Law School. She began her NLRB career in 1988 working as a staff attorney for Board Chairman James M. Stephens in Washington, D.C. In 1994, she transferred to Region 18, Minneapolis, where she worked as a field attorney until her promotion to Supervisory Attorney in 2004. In 2010, she became the Deputy Regional Attorney for Region 18.
Ms. Scott is married to Collin Rust and they have two sons, Nicholas (24) and Keenan (18).
