National Labor Relations Board General Counsel Richard F. Griffin, Jr. announced the appointment of Paula Sawyer as the Regional Attorney of the NLRB’s Regional Office in Baltimore, Maryland (Region 5). In her new position, Ms. Sawyer will assist Regional Director Charles Posner in the administration and enforcement of the National Labor Relations Act in Maryland (with the exception of Allegany and Garret counties), the District of Columbia, and parts of Delaware, Virginia, West Virginia and Pennsylvania.
A career NLRB employee, Ms. Sawyer has been serving as Deputy Regional Attorney in Region 5. She succeeds Al Palewicz, who retired earlier this year.
