NLRB Region 2-Manhattan Announces Results of Citizen Ballot Count

New York, NY—Region 2 of the National Labor Relations Board completed a ballot count on December 13, 2021 in union elections involving employees at sp0n, Inc., dba Citizen choosing whether or not to be represented by Communications Workers of America (CWA). The ballot counts were conducted by an NLRB Region 2 employee at the Manhattan Regional office. The resultant Tallies of Ballot show the following results:

The challenged ballots are not determinative. A majority of the valid votes counted has been cast for the Petitioner, the Communications Workers of America. The results of this count will not be certified until the Region processes any objections that might be filed by the parties contesting the election. Any objections to the election are due within five business days after the preparation of the tally, which is December 20, 2021.
