NLRB Region 3-Buffalo Announces Results of Starbucks Ballot Counts

Buffalo, NY—Region 3 of the National Labor Relations Board completed three ballot counts on March 9, 2022 in union elections involving employees at Starbucks choosing whether or not to be represented by Workers United. The ballot counts were conducted by an NLRB Region 3 employee at the Buffalo Regional office. The resultant Tallies of Ballot show the following results:

Election 1—Walden & Anderson–03 RC 285929

There are no challenged ballots. A majority of the valid votes counted has been cast for the Petitioner, Workers United. The results of this count will not be certified until the Region processes any objections that might be filed by the parties contesting the election. Any objections to the election are due within five business days after the preparation of the tally, which is March 16, 2022.
