NLRB Region 7 to Participate in the 28th Annual Bernard Gottfried Memorial Law Symposium

Region 7 (Detroit) is participating in the 28th Annual Bernard Gottfried Memorial Labor Law Symposium featuring the Attorney General of the State of Michigan, Dana Nessel. The event is on Thursday, October 19, 2023 from 8:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. local time at the Wayne State University Law School, Spencer M. Partrich Auditorium. Regional Director Elizabeth Kerwin will deliver opening remarks. Senior Field Attorney Steven Carlson will participate in a panel discussing remedies and Senior Field Attorney Tony Smith will participate in a breakout session focused on the USDOJ Antitrust Division and NLRB’s collaboration.
