Region 14 is pleased to announce the promotion of William F. (Bill) LeMaster to Supervisory Field Attorney.   Bill began his career in the then Region 26 Memphis office in 2004.   In 2006, Bill transferred to the then Region 17 office in Overland Park, Kansas, where he continues to work.  In his role as Supervisory Field Attorney, Bill will be responsible for a team of Board agents investigating and prosecuting unfair labor practices throughout Region 14’s vast territory.  But for his two year stint in Tennessee, Bill is a lifelong resident of Kansas.  Bill attended Emporia State University, graduating with a business administration degree.   Bill then attended the University of Kansas where he earned his JD/MBA degree.  In his spare time, he and his wife enjoy traveling abroad, rooting for the Jayhawks, and spending time with friends and family.  Please join us in welcoming Bill into his new and well-deserved position.

Established in 1935, the National Labor Relations Board is an independent federal agency that protects employees, employers, and unions from unfair labor practices and protects the right of private sector employees to join together, with or without a union, to improve wages, benefits and working conditions. The NLRB conducts hundreds of workplace elections and investigates thousands of unfair labor practice charges each year. Region 14 serves areas in Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska, Oklahoma from its Regional Office in St. Louis, its Subregional Office in Overland Park, and its Resident Office in Tulsa.
