Region 18 Announces Results of Activision Publishing, Inc. Union Vote

Milwaukee, WI—Region 18 of the National Labor Relations Board completed a ballot count on May 23, 2022 in a union election involving employees at Activision Publishing, Inc. choosing whether or not to be represented by the Communications Workers of America (CWA).
The ballot count was conducted by NLRB Region 18 employees at the Milwaukee Subregional office. The resultant Tally of Ballots shows the following results:

The challenged ballots are not determinative. A majority of the valid votes counted has been cast for the Petitioner, the Communications Workers of America. The results of this count will not be certified until the Region processes any objections the parties may file. Any objections to the election are due within five business days after the preparation of the tally, which is Tuesday, May 31, 2022.
