NLRB Region 25-Indianapolis, U.S. Department of Labor Wage and Hour Division, and the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission to Hold Joint Listening Session February 15

On February 15, 2023, Region 25-Indianapolis of the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) will join the Indianapolis District Office of the U.S. Department of Labor Wage and Hour Division and the Indianapolis office of the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission to host a joint listening session for Indiana construction industry employers, employer associations, and human resources professionals. The agencies will ask participants to speak to compliance assistance information, barriers, and effectiveness of remedies.

The session will start at 11am ET on Zoom and is open to the public.

The agencies previously held a listening session for union and construction worker advocacy groups on January 18, 2023.
