John Strang | I think the 2014 revised laws should remain and/or be increased for workers. I am a Union organizer and have had many representation elections. Nowadays workers are much more apt to be intimidated by Union busting attorneys and employers. I've seen it first hand many times. I know ULP's can be filed and the NLRB does a great job ensuring that workers have protected rights. But at the end of the day, workers are scared and intimidated. The one who writes their checks every week will win over most of the time. I hope this president does not inhibit or downsize the NLRB. You guys do a great job. I wish you could do more... | No Attachments |
