Anonymous Retain the 2014 rule without change. Workers have a hard enough time fighting for their rights without the government stepping in and doing the bidding of corporations to make it more difficult for workers to organize.

Stephen M. Jones The present rule regarding union elections should be kept in place. It poses no problems for employers, and supports the rights of employees to unionize. Dismissing the current rule would unfairly tip the scales in the favor of employers.

John Strang I think the 2014 revised laws should remain and/or be increased for workers. I am a Union organizer and have had many representation elections. Nowadays workers are much more apt to be intimidated by Union busting attorneys and employers. I've seen it first hand many times. I know ULP's can be filed and the NLRB does a great job ensuring that workers have protected rights. But at the end of the day, workers are scared and intimidated. The one who writes their checks every week will win over most of the time. I hope this president does not inhibit or downsize the NLRB. You guys do a great job. I wish you could do more...

Scott Bates 1. Should the 2014 Election Rule be retained without change? NO 2. Should the 2014 Election Rule be retained with modifications? If so, what should be modified? NO 3. Should the 2014 Election Rule be rescinded? YES If so, should the Board revert to the Representation Election Regulations that were in effect prior to the 2014 Election Rule’s adoption, or should the Board make changes to the prior Representation Election Regulations? Revert to the Representation Election Regulations that were in effect prior to the 2014 Election Rule’s adoption. If the Board should make changes to the prior Representation Election Regulations, what should be changed? No changes, just rescind the 2014 election regulations.
