Unit Sought: All full time, part time, and casual non-professional employees in the job classifications as set forth in the wage schedule of the CBA; excluding all other professional employees, technical employees, registered nurses, physicians, supervisors, and any other job classifications not included in the wage schedule of the CBA. Clarification of 20 ees: Employer recently consolidated office spades and moved employees in the classifications of Billing Specialists to work alongside Office Employee III bargaining unit members in the same office space. The Employees in both classifications share an overwhelming community of interest.
