Unit Sought: Included: All full-time and regular part-time yard personnel and mechanics employed by the Employer at its Industry, Pennsylvania and Midland Pennsylvania facilities; excluding, Office clerical employees and guards, professional employees and supervisors as defined in the Act,  and all other employees. 

Unit Sought: All full-time and regular part-time production artists, designers, art directors, and photographers; excluding guards and supervisors as defined in the Act.

Unit Sought: All full time and regular part-time production and maintenance employees, including truck drivers, warehouse employees, precision employees,fabrication employees, shipping and receiving employees employed by the Employer at its facilities located at 600 Ophir Road, Oroville, California; Excluded: Temporary agency employees, office clerical employees,sales persons, professional employees,guards and supervisors as defined in the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: All production and maintenance employees, of the machine shop, finish, making, maintenance, and quality department employees, mecanics, electricians, welders, production inventory clerks, expediters, and warehouse employees employed by the Employer at its facility in San German Puerto Rico. Excluded: All other employees, office officials, administrative and managerial employees, guards and supervisors as defined by the Act.
