Unit Sought: Including: All full-time and regular part-time non-professional employees employed by the Employer in its nutrition services, engineering, laundry guest services, x-ray, clinical laboratory, medical records, central supply and patient services departments; Excluding: All clerical and aministrative employees other than ward secretaries, all clerical employees except in the medical records departments, all department heads and their assistants, student employees and all guards, professional employees, and other supervisors as defined in the Act, and all other employees. By this Union Clarification Petition, the Petitioner seeks to include all full-time and regular part-time occupational medicine coordinator and occupation medicine director.

Unit Sought: All full-time and regular part-time employees employed in the production of graphics, building and painting of all signs, show cards, exhibition booths, exterior and interior decoration, decorative woodworking and cabinetry, floats, sculpture, merchandise arrangement, window and lobby displays and the setting and dismantling of all displays, meetnigs, fairs, sales meetings, exhibits, product presentations, and appurtenances thereto.

Unit Sought: Included: All employees engaged in the construction and handling of material at all jobsites. Excluded: All owners, relatives and supervisors.
