Unit Sought: Included: All full-time and regular part-time employees employed by Sodexho, Inc at the Cathedral Cafe and attached Starbucks coffee location in the Cathedral of Learning, University of Pittsburgh Student Campus; excluding, all office clerical employees, students and guards, professional employees and supervisors as defined in the Act.

Unit Sought: Current Unit members included: All full-time, part-time and casual service employees in the following service areas - Medical Assistants, Medical Record Assistants and Leads, Lab Assistants, Phlebotomists, Housekeeping Assistants, Housekeeping Team Leaders, Clinical Associates, Central Service Techs, (including Registered and/or Certified), Perioperative Care Associates, Unit Clerks, Linen Services Attendants (which include Mechanics and Seamstress), Dietetic Assistants and Specialists including Cooks and Leads, Materials Handling Attendants, Support Associates, Film Room Clerks, Nutrition Care Assistants, Sterile Processing Techs, HSC Inventory Control and Anesthesia Aides. Current excluded members: Teaching, administrative and supervisory, registered nurses, professional, technical, security guards, maintenance, doctors, business office clerical and all other employees not included, as defined in the National Labor Relations Act, as amended. Proposed unit to include: All full-time, part-time and casual service employees in the following services areas - Medical Assistants, Medical Records, Lab Assistants, Phlebotomists, Housekeeping Assistants and Housekeeping Team Leaders at the WVU Cheat Lake Physicians Center, 608 Cheat Road, Morgantown, WV 26508. Proposed unit to exclude: Teaching administrative and supervisory, registered nurses, professional, technical, security guards, maintenance, doctors, business office clerical and all other employees not included, as defined in the National Labor Relations Act, as amended.
