Unit Sought: Employees Included: All full-time and regular part time Master Social Workers (MSWs), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Wokers (LICSW), and bereavement counselors working out of University Place Hospice House for King, Pierce and Kitsap Counties. Employees Excluded: Nurses, CNAs, RNs, management, clinical management, bath aids, chaplains, volunteer coordinators, housekeeping, and maintenance as defined in the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: All Full-Time and Part-Time Armed and Unarmed Security Officers performing guard duties as defined in section 9(b)(3) of the National Labor Relations Act, employed by Meritus Solutions Groups, LLC. Excluded: All Office clerical employees, professional employees and supervisors as defined by the act.
