Unit Sought: lncluded: All full-time and regular part-time Construction Craft Laborers employed by the employer in the counties of Whatcom, Skagit, Snohomish, King, Pierce, Thurston, Lewis, that portion of Pacific County north of a straight line made by extending the north boundary of Wahkiakum County west to the Pacific Ocean, Grays Harbor, Clallam, Jefferson, Mason, Kitsap, Island, San Juan, Chelan, Kittitas, Yakima and that portion of Douglas County lying west of the 120° meridian. Excluded: All office clerical, supervisors and guards as defined by The Act, and all other workers covered by another collective bargaining agreement.

Unit Sought: Employees included: All full-time and regular part-time production employees including but not limited to: Welders, Fitters, Fabricators, Painters, Yardmen, CNC Operators, Crane Operators, Truck Drivers, QC, Janitors, Leads and working Foremen. Employees excluded: All maintenance employees, office clerical, professionals, guards and supervisors as defined in the Act.
