Unit Sought: Included: All full-time and regular part-time drivers and warehouse employees employed at the Employer’s facility located at 893 Shepherd Avenue, Brooklyn, New York. Excluded: All other employees, office clerical employees, guards, and supervisors, as defined by the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: All full time and part time BioMedical Engineers and CETs. Excluded: All other classifications, including but not limited to guards, managers, confidential employees and supervisors as defined by the Act.
