Unit Sought: Included: All full-time and regular part-time Linemen, Electrical Lineman, Cable Splicers, Junior Cable Splicers, URD Technicians, URD/Cable Splicers, Journeyman/Switchman, Apprentice Lineman/Splicers, Groundmen, Laborers/Drivers, Equipment Operators, and other employees employed by Anchor Construction Corporation who perform outside electric utility distribution construction, installation, maintenance, repair, cable splicing, underground residential distribution, overhead distribution, storm restoration, and related electric utility distribution work. Excluded: Excluded from the bargaining unit are office clerical employees, administrative employees, temporary employees, confidential employees, engineers, estimators, project managers, payroll and human resources employees, employees primarily engaged in gas utility operations, employees primarily engaged in civil or site construction unrelated to electric utility distribution work, guards, professional employees, employees who are currently represented by another labor organization pursuant to an existing collective-bargaining relationship with Anchor Construction Corporation covering the work performed, and supervisors as defined in Section 2(11) of the National Labor Relations Act.

Unit Sought: Included: All full time, regular part time, and per diem Dental Hygienist and Pharmacy Techs employed by the Employer at its health centers and/or department of corrections. Excluded: All other Employees, guards, and supervisors as defined in the act.

Unit Sought: Included: All employees performing guard duties as defined in section 9(b)(3) of the national labor relations act, employed Allied Universal@ LA Metro Transit Contract in CA. Excluded: All office clerical employees, professional employees and supervisors as defined in act.
