Excluded: All confidential employees, guards and supervisors as defined in the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: All full-time and regular part-time operators and operators-in-training. Excluded: All other employees, confidential employees, administrative employees, managers, supervisors and guards, as defined by the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: All hourly employees of all General Porpoise cafes/doughnut shops, and commissary kitchen and bakery operated by General Porpoise Doughnuts and Coffee LLC to include baristas and bakers, and hourly leads who perform the same work as one of the aforementioned roles. Excluded: All other employees, office clerical employees, guards, confidential employees, managerial employees, and supervisors as defined in the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: All non-supervisory care management social workers (outpatient) employed at Legacy Medical Group Clinics. Excluded: All Managerial employees, guards and supervisors as defined by the National Labor Relations Act.
