Established in 1935, the National Labor Relations Board is an independent federal agency that protects employees, employers, and unions from unfair labor practices and protects the right of private sector employees to join together, with or without a union, to improve wages, benefits and working conditions. Eric B. Boerschinger Appointed Assistant to the Regional Director in Region 18 (Minneapolis)
Today, the National Labor Relations Board General Counsel Jennifer A. Abruzzo announces the appointment of Eric B. Boerschinger as the Assistant to the Regional Director of the NLRB’s Regional Office in Minneapolis, Minnesota (Region 18). In his new position, Mr. Boerschinger will assist Regional Director Jennifer A. Hadsall in the administration and enforcement of the National Labor Relations Act throughout the states of Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota, Wisconsin, and most of Iowa and the Upper Peninsula of Michigan.
