Federal Activities Inventory Reform Act

The Federal Activities Inventory Reform (FAIR) Act of 1998 (P.L. 105-270), requires federal agencies to submit to the Office of Management and Budget inventories of commercial activities performed by federal employees every year by June 30. The following PDF files are NLRB and OIG inventories of such activities over the last several years.

Summary of Operations

At the beginning of each fiscal year, the General Counsel issues a Summary of Operations for the just concluded fiscal year, containing an overview of the operations of the Office of the General Counsel. The report summarizes the record of performance of the GC staffs in Headquarters and in the Regional Offices.
