Paul Bogas
Judge
Judge Bogas was appointed on March 7, 2000. He previously served as an appellate attorney with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), and as a trial attorney with the Civil Rights Division of the Justice Department. He also served for 2 years as a law clerk to the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of the Federated States of Micronesia. He received his B.A. degree from the State University of New York at Binghamton (1981) and his law degree from Yale University (1985). He was an SSA judge for over 2 years before transferring to the NLRB.
