Human Resources Specialist
The Human Resources Specialist is responsible for performing an on-going agency-wide evaluation program to assess the current state of delivery and execution of all applicable laws, rules, regulations, and procedures pertaining to staffing/recruitment, position management/classification, labor relations/management and employee relations and issues. As a team member, the specialist ensures specifically assigned portions of evaluation criteria are followed consistent with directions from the associate director and provides routine technical assistance for on-site evaluations ensuring coverage of specifically assigned aspects of HR programs. The specialist may be required to make on-the-spot adjustments as events unfold to accommodate site-specific issues. Collects and reviews programmatic information and data and provides required information to the supervisor for analysis. Routinely provides technical services to program and line managers on a broad range of Human Capital Planning projects.
Human Capital Data Analyst
The Human Resources Capital Data Specialist is responsible for assisting with solving complex quantitative and statistical issues related to the strategic management of human capital data and recommends policies, programs and procedures based on data-driven analyses and conclusions. Provides workforce data analytics so that leadership can make continuous improvement and/or engage in monitoring and shaping the workforce based on data-driven reviews and predictive analysis. Researches and accomplishes assigned special studies, conducts analyses, and develops solutions that facilitate decision-making and problem solving.; and performs staff assignments requiring an in-depth knowledge of automated HR systems, human capital strategic goals and objectives, workforce analysis and forecasting, HR metrics, and evaluation methods and techniques. Collects and reviews programmatic information and data and provides required information to the supervisor for analysis. Routinely provides technical services to program and line managers on a broad range of Human Capital Planning projects.
Program Support Specialist
The Program Support Specialist (Specialist) performs a variety of technical and administrative support assignments in different program areas within the Division of Administration (DOA) to include Human Capital/Workforce Planning, Facilities and Space Management, Security, Warehouse Operations, Human Resources, and/or Employee Development. The Specialist participates in planning, directing, evaluating, briefing, and coordinating various DOA projects; and provides comprehensive information, recommendations, impact statements, and performance criteria on day-to-day operations within DOA. Conducts formal presentations, attends conferences and meetings with NLRB officials and other agencies as required. Provides guidance to senior level management on agency negotiations, policy provisions, feasibility studies, and project development of unplanned long-term projects. Assists management and other internal stakeholders with identifying potential program improvement areas and provide problem resolution recommendation adjustments to DOA Director and Associate Directors on specific actions, projects, and special studies as they arise.
