Voting Unit (Unit A):Including: All full-time and regular part-time licensed practical nurses, certified nurse aides, cooks, food service attendants, food service supervisors, activities aides, task aides, housekeeping employees, laundry aides, maintenance 1 employees, maintenance 2 employees, maintenance coordinators, physical therapy assistants, occupational therapy assistants, diet technicians, receptionists, medical records clerks, office technicians, senior office technicians, nursing office technicians, social worker assistants and staff development assistants* employed by the Employer at its 8101 State Highway 68, Ogdensburg, New York location. The parties agree that Alissa Hawley, Charlene Dawley, William Lamere, Monica Arquette, Tammie Ethridge, Kiernan Hughes, Jessica Logan, Katlin Fuller, Julie Guminiak, Joann Goodshaw, Bobbi Jo Holmes, Julie DeLarge and Donald Smithers, Jr. are employees in the unit and are among the employees that are eligible to vote. Excluding: All guards, professional employees, including registered nurses, and supervisors as defined by the Act.
