The Parties agree that the Maintenance Planner will vote subject to challenge in the election. OTHERS PERMITTED TO VOTE: At this time, no decision has been made regarding whether the Maintenance Planner is included in, or excluded from the bargaining unit and the individual in that classification may vote in the election but their ballot shall be challenged since their eligibility has not been determined.
