Clemens, MI 48043. Excluding: all other employees, managerial employees, temporary employees, employees employed by agencies providing outside labor to the employer, confidential employees, guards and supervisors as defined under the Act. Employees described in the unit who have worked on average of four hours or more per week during the 13 weeks immediately preceding the eligibility date for the election are eligible to vote.
