Unit Description: All regular free lance sports broadcast technicians employed by the Employer and engaged through its Minneapolis office to perform remote work for the Employer solely in the State of Minnesota and in Grand Forks, North Dakota in connection with the live broadcast or recording of sports events and pre and post game shows, including technical directors, audio technicians, videotape operators, digital recording device operators, camera operators, audio assistants, video technicians, video assistants, utility technicians, graphics operators, score box operators, font assistants and stage managers performing on-site pre-production, production and post-production work; but Excluding: all other persons and categories are excluded such as employees covered under other collective-bargaining agreements, Maintenance Personnel (e.g., Maintenance Engineers), Transportation Personnel (e.g., Drivers), clerical employees, security personnel, technical/unit managers, associate producers, mobile unit engineers, and professional employees, managers, guards, and supervisors as defined in the National Labor Relations Act.
