Excluded: All other non-professional employees, professional employees, physicians, registered nurses, business office clerical employees, skilled maintenance employees, technical employees, confidential employees, managerial employees, employees employed at other locations, all employees employed by PeaceHealth Medical Group, and guards and supervisors as defined in the Act. Others permitted to vote: The parties have agreed that employees employed in the following classifications may vote in the election but their ballots will be challenged since their eligibility has not been resolved: Cook, Food Service Assistant and Dietary Aide working at the Employer’s Columbia Center location. The eligibility or inclusion of these individuals will be resolved, if necessary, following the election.
