WELCOME TO REGION 32

We conduct elections, investigate charges of unfair labor practices, and protect the rights of workers to act together, serving parts of California and Nevada from our regional office in Oakland. If you have questions or wish to file a charge or petition for election, please call and ask for the Information Officer on duty. We can arrange to have someone speak with you in the language of your choice. We are also happy to provide speakers and materials to promote a greater understanding of the National Labor Relations Act.

BIENVENIDOS A LA REGIÓN 32

Nosotros llevamos a cabo elecciones, investigamos cargos de prácticas de trabajo ilícitas, y protegemos los derechos de los trabajadores para actuar juntos, sirviendo partes de California y Nevada desde nuestra oficina regional en Oakland. Si usted tiene algunas preguntas o desea presentar un cargo o petición para una elección, por favor llame y pregunte por el Oficial de Información de turno. Nosotros podemos hacer arreglos para que alguien hable con usted en el idioma de su elección.  También estamos encantados de proporcionarles oradores y materiales para promover un mayor entendimiento de la Ley Nacional de Relaciones del Trabajo.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we have suspended all in-person activities but are available to speak with visitors via telephone between 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM PST, Monday through Friday at (510) 637-3300.
