Unit Sought: Included: All employees performing guard duties as defined in section 9(b)(3) of the national labor relations Act, employed by highland hospital at 1000 South Avenue, Rochester, NY 14620. Excluded: All office clerical employees, professional employees, and supervisors as defined by the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: All full-time and regular part-time janitors and working foremen employed by Nelson Services Systems, Inc at New York City Con Edison facilities that are covered utility locations according to New York Senate Bill 2019-S6265A. Excluded: Managerial employees, professional employees, guards, and supervisors as defined in the Act and all other employees.
