Voting Unit (Unit A): Group “A”: All full-time, regular part-time registered dieticians employed by the Employer at its 40 Watchung Way, Berkeley Heights, New Jersey facility, but excluding all office clerical employees, confidential employees, food service workers, cooks, dietary technicians, clinical nutrition managers, other professional employees, guards and supervisors as defined in the Act, and all other employees.
Group “B”: All full-time and regular part-time food service workers, cooks, and dietary technicians employed by the Employer at its 40 Watchung Way, Berkeley Heights, New Jersey facility, but excluding all office clerical employees, confidential employees, clinical nutrition managers, registered dieticians, and all other professional employees, guards and supervisors as defined in the Act, and all other employees .
1) If a majority of the employees in voting group “A” vote to be included in a unit with the employees in voting group “B”, the following employees will constitute a unit appropriate for the purpose of collective bargaining within the meaning of Section 9(b) of the Act:
All full-time and regular part-time food service workers, cooks, dietary technicians, and registered dieticians employed by the Employer at its 40 Watchung Way, Berkeley Heights, New Jersey facility, but excluding all office clerical employees, confidential employees, clinical nutrition managers, other professional employees, guards and supervisors as defined in the Act, and all other employees.
2) If a majority of the employees in voting group “A” do not vote for inclusion in a unit with the employees in group “B”, the following two groups of employees will constitute separate units appropriate for the purposes of collective bargaining within the meaning of Section 9(b) of the Act:
Unit “A”: All full-time, regular part-time registered dieticians employed by the Employer at its 40 Watchung Way, Berkeley Heights, New Jersey facility, but excluding all office clerical employees, confidential employees, food service workers, cooks, dietary technicians, clinical nutrition managers, other professional employees, guards and supervisors as defined in the Act, and all other employees.
Unit “B”: All full-time and regular part-time food service workers, cooks, and dietary technicians employed by the Employer at its 40 Watchung Way, Berkeley Heights, New Jersey facility, but excluding all office clerical employees, confidential employees, clinical nutrition managers, registered dieticians, and all other professional employees, guards and supervisors as defined in the Act, and all other employees
