If a majority of valid ballots are cast for International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers Local 220, they will be taken to have indicated the employees’ desire to be included in the existing collective bargaining unit as certified by the National Labor Relations Board in Case 16-RC-352375 on November 12, 2024.
