Unit Sought: Included: Those eligible to vote are full-time, regular part-time and per-diem service and manitenance employees, including certified nurses aides, cooks, dietary technicians, and laundry, housekeeping, dietary and kitchen employees employed by the Employer at its 89 Weid Drive, Naugatuck, Connecticut facility, who were employed during the payroll period ending September 5, 1998, Excluded: Office clerical and temporary employees, receptionists, bookkeepers, therapists, social workers, registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, and all guards, professional employees and supervisors as defined in the Act.

Unit Sought: INCLUDED: All full-time and regular part-time service employees, including guest service (front desk) employees, servers (dietary), housekeepers, housemen, and maintenance employees employed by the Employer at its Farmington, Connecticut facility. EXCLUDED: All other employees, including department heads, technical employees, business office clerical employees and all guards, professional employees and supervisors as defined in the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: Employees including regular part-time (i.e., department heads) and "casual" (having worked at least 15 days over a two-year period) performing carpentry, electrical, sewing, fitting and related work on or in connection with the sets, props, costumes, and wardrobe used; work during take-in, performances, technical rehearsal, dress rehearsal, or take-out; loading and unloading of trucks or other vehicles for performances; work described above in connection with audio visual and slide presentation, audio tape recordings, motion picture film, live or delayed radio broadcasting, industrial productions, and commercial television productions on the stage, wings, fly galleries, counterweight galleries, stage facilities, dressing rooms, and loading dock related to stage presentations in all venues including Dreyfoos Hall, Rinker Playhouse, Gosman Amphitheater, and the Cohen Pavilion. Excluded: Other employees, guards and supervisores within meaning of the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: All full-time and regular part-time licensed Electricians and Indentured Apprentices employed by the Employer at its South Windsor, Connecticut facility Excluded: All other employees, office clerical, managers and guards and supervisors as defined in the Act.

Unit Sought: All full-time and regular part-time production, maintenance and warehouse employees employed by the Employer at its Fridley, Minnesota facility; excluding all office clericals, technical employees, professional employees, guards and supervisors as defined in the Act as amended.
