Unit Sought: all full-time and regular part time employees who work in hydro-blasting, vacuum truck operation, and incidental work thereto, employed by the Employer all new construction employees, repairs employees, renovations employees, revamp/remodel employees, office clerical employees and guards, professional employees and supervisors as defined in the NLRA.

Unit Sought: Included: All full time and/or regular part time secuirty officers, PSOs, & private police performing guard duties as defined in the section 9(b)(3) of the National Labor Relations Act, as amended employed by Loyola University Chicago @ Lake Shore & Water Tower Campus, Chicago, IL. Excluded: All office clerical employees, professional employees, supervisors, as defined in the Act, as amended, and all other emloyees.

Unit Sought: Included: Bus drivers and monitors. Excluded: Mechanics and office staff.

Unit Sought: INCLUDED: All drivers and monitors employed by the Employer at its #2 Union Seventy Center Drive terminal, its 5421 Brown Street terminal, and its 5300 Hall Street facilities (including the Annex) EXCLUDED: office clerical and professional employees, guards and supervisors as defined in the Act.
