Unit Sought: PRESENT BARGAINING UNIT: INCLUDED: All full time and regular part time general foremen, area foremen, foremen, journeymen inside wiremen, apprentice wiremen and construction wiremen/construction electricians employed by the employer in travis, Bastrop, Hays, Blanco, Burnet, Williamson, Lee, Llano, San Saba, Burleson, Caldwell, Fayette and points of Coryell in Coryell County South of Coushouse Creek, and not to extend more than two (2) miles into Ball County from the Southeast boundary line of Coryell County, Gray Field, and the City of Killeen, and parts of Lampasas, Ball and Milam Counties, which are nearer to Austin than Waco, in the State of Texas. EXCLUDED: All other employees, office clerical employees, professional employees, and guards. Unit Sought: Included: All full-time and regular part-time (including eligible per diem) employed by Menorah Medical Center in one or more of the following combined units: 1) technical employees, 2) service and maintenance employees and 3) skilled maintenance employees. Excluded: Managers, supervisors, confidential employees, guards, physicians, professional employees, nurse and/or clinical educators or coordinators, clinical nurse specialists, clinical coordinators, case managers/ utilization review and/ or discharge planners, nurse practitioners, accounting or auditing RNs, infection control/ employee health nurses, risk management/ performance improvement and/ or quality assurance or quality management nurses, business office clerical employees, employees of outside registries and other agencies supplying labor to the employer, already represented employees and per diem employees who do not otherwise qualify as regular employees according to the NLRB.
