Unit Sought: INCLUDED: All full-time and regular part-time (including eligible per diem) employed by Del Sol Medical Center, in the following unit: Skilled maintenance employees. Mechanic; Electrician; HVAC Technician. Excluded Job Classifications: All other employees, guards, professional employees, and supervisors as defined int he National Labor Relations Act. EXCLUDED: Managers, supervisors, confidential employees, guards, physicians, professional employees, nurse and/or clinical educators or coordinators, clinical nurse specialists, clinical coordinators, case managers/utilization review and/or disharge planners, nurse practitioners, accounting or auditing RNs, infection control/employees health nurses, risk management/performance improvement and/or quality assurance or quality management nurses, employees of outside registries and other agencies supplying labor to the Employer, already represented employees, technical employees, business office clerical employees, service and maintenance employees (other than skilled maintenance employees), and per diem employees who do not otherwise qualify as regular employees according to the NLRB.

Unit Sought: Included All full time and/or regular part time security officers performing guard duties as defined in Section 9(b)(3) of the National Labor Relations Act, as amended, employed by Lockheed Martin Aeronautical Systems Company @ 86 South Cobb Drive, Zone 8493, Building 84, Marietta, GA 30063 Excluded All office clerical employees, professional employees, supervisors, as defined in the Act, as amended, and all other employees.
