Unit Sought: Included: All full time, part time and per diem direct service providers in the Sullivan County Region Excluded: Employees in other regions, maintenance employees, managerial employees, clerical employees and guards, professional employees and supervisors as defined in the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: All full and regular part time drivers, aides/monitors. Excluded: All managers, supervisors, dispatchers, office staff, mechanics, lot men, yardmen, fuelers, and all others as defined by the act.

Unit Sought: Included All bulk drivers, forklift drivers, production line workers, checkers, order builders, general laborers, shipping clerks, inventory workers, quality assurance techs, and maintenance employees at Marietta and College Park bottling plants and Atlanta West. Excluded All other employees, guards, office clerical employees, and supervisors as defined by the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: All full-time, regular part-time, and per diem Registered Nurses, including those who serve as charge nurses on a periodic or rotating basis, employed by the Employer at 101 East Rige Road, McAllen, Texas. Excluded: All other employees, confidential employees, physicians, nurse and/or clinical educators or coordinators, clinical nurse specialists, clinical coordinators, case managers/utilization review and/or discahrge planners, nurse pracitioners, accounting or auditing RNs, infection control/employee health nurses, risk management/perfomance improvement and/or quality assurance or quality management nurses, employees of outside registries and other agencies spplying labor to Empoyer, already represented employees, permanent charge nurses, managerial employees, guards, and supervisors within the meaning of the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: All full-time and regular part-time (including eligible per diem) employed by Rio Grande Regional Hospital, Inc. d/b/a Rio Grande Regional Hospital in one or more of the following four combined units: 1) technical employees, 2) skilled maintenance employees, 3) business office clerical employees, and 4) service and maintenance employees. Excluded: Managers, supervisors, confidential employees, guards, physicians, professional employees, nurse and/or clinical educators or coordinators, clinical nurse specialists, clinical coordinators, case managers./utilization review and/or discharge planners, nurse practitioners, accounuting or auditing RNs, infection control/employee health nurses, risk management/performance improvement and /or quality assurance or quality management nurses, employees of outside registries and other agencies supplying labor to Employer, already represented employees and per diem employees who do not otherwise qualify as regular employees according to the NLRB.
