Unit Sought: Bio Medical Technicians. The Union would like to add the Bio Medical Technicians to the existing maintenance contract that Local 70 already represents; excluding all others.

Unit Sought: Included: Regular full-time (thirty (30) or more hours, which is averaged over a period of two (2) quarters) and regular part-time (twenty (20) or more but less than thirty (30) hours) employees, and steady banquet servers Excluded: Managerial and supervisory employees as defined by the Act, office employees, guest service agents, PBX and maintenance

Unit Sought: Included: All grill cooks, cashiers, lead cook, salad prep persons, food service help, prep cook deli, bartender, utility workers. Excluded: All other employees including all office clerical employees, all professional employees, all confidential employees, and all guards and supervisors as defined in the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: All full-time and regular part-time LPN's, nurses aides, environmental services, restorative aides, assisted living, activities, dietery/hospitality employees at the 2001 Perrysburg-Holland Rd location. Excluded: Office clerical, RN's, social workers, dieticians, chaplains, admissions clerk, schidulers, medical records, contingent, supervisors and gurads as defined in the Act.
