Unit Sought: Included: All full time and regular part time service and maintenance employees, including Dietary Workers, Maintenance Workers, and workers performing direct care work (Quality Support Associates, Lead Quality Support Associates, and other Direct Care Positions) employed at the Employer's Intermediate Care Vavier Facilities in Butler County, Ohio (including Camelot Lake and Camelot Day Care Program). Excluded: office clerical employees and professional employees, guards and supervisors as defined in the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: All hourly employees employed by the Employer at its Siler Lane location including all Polishers, Grinders, Buffers, Foundry Employees, Quality Control Employees,  Maintenance Employees, and Working Lead Employees. Excluded: All office and clerical employees, guards, and supervisors as defined by the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: All full-time and regular part-time drivers and monitors employed by the Employer at its Danbury, Connecticut location. Excluded: All other employees, office clerical employees, guards and supervisors ad defined by the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: The petitioner seeks to add, by way of self-determination election, all meter readers employed by the Company at its Butte, Montana Division, to the current bargaining unit of all electrical classifications covered by the current collective bargaining agreement. The current bargaining unit includes meter readers in Bozeman, Missoula, Great Falls, and Helena. Excluded: All guards, supervisors, confidential employees, ineligible employees under the Act, and all classifications not covered by the current collective bargaining agreement.

Unit Sought: Included: All full-time and regular part-time production and maintenance employees employed by Weyerhaeuser at its Pacific Veneer Ltd. facility located at 100 N. Decatur St., Aberdeen, WA. Excluded: All office clerical, professional employees, managerial employees, guards, and supervisors as defined in the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: All full-time and part-time school bus drivers and attendants located in the Anchorage School District. Excluded: All other employees, office clerical, managers and supervisors as defined by the Act.
