Unit Sought: Included: All full-time and regular part-time administrative assistants, chief engineers, electricians, general mechanics, help desks, HVAC technicians, HVAC mechanics, landscapers, shipping and receiving clerks, and stationary engineers employed by the Employer at the National Oceanic & Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) Federal Center location in Suitland, Maryland. Excluded: All project managers, professional employees, office clerical employees, managerial employees, guards and supervisors as defined in the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: Registered Nurses. Excluded: All Business office clerical employees, temporary & Agency employees, service employees, professional employees, physicians, Guards, supervisors, employees of any corporation or entity which is not covered by the National Labor Relations Board Certification employees ordered by any other collective bargaining agreement.
