Unit Sought: Regular full time and part time Lead Worker, Truck Driver, Storeroom Worker, Operations Worker, Garage Shift Supervisor and Garage Attendents at Boardwalk Hall and New Convention.

Unit Sought: Included: All full-time and regular part-time production and maintenance employees employed by the Employer at its Zelienople, Pennsylvania, facility; excluding, office clerical employees and guards, professional employees and supervisors as defined in the Act.

Unit Sought: Include all route drivers, bulk drivers, production, maintenance, warehouse, loaders, checkers, and sanitation employees employed at the Employer's facility in Rochester, New York. Excluded: Office clericals, managers, guards and supervisors as defined by the Act.

Unit Sought: The Company recognized the Union as the eclusive bargaining agency (sic) for all its employees within the said bargaining unit when engaged in job classifications of work, as listed in Exhibit "A: attached hereto and made a part hereof. The parties did not prepare an "Exhibit A" to the current contract, but the previsous contract listed the following classifications: "B" Assembly Room Workers; "A" Assembly Room Worker; "B: Machine Shop Worker; "A" Machine Shop Workers; Lead Assembly Worker; Lead Machine Shop Worker; Sprayer; Shipping & Receiving; Quality Inspector; Stock Person; and Electrical Inspector/Technician. For decades, the parties have excluded individuals employd by a temporary agency from the bargaining unit, even when doing the same types of work as bargaining unit employees. In light of a recent arbitration award purporting to accrete certain of these individuals into the bargaining unit in contravention of this historical exclusion and without the consent of either Multi Electric or the temporary agency employing these individuals, Multi Electric requests that the Board clarify the unit to exclude all individuals employed by a temporary agency.

Unit Sought: Included: All regular full-time and part-time drivers, warehouse workers and merchandisers. Excluded: Clerical, supervisors and guards as defined in the NLRA.

Unit Sought: Included: All full-time and regular part-time production and maintenance employees in the Heartland Operations Center including: Construction equipment operators, Plant/Service Combo, Fitters, Senior Fitters, Leak Inspector, Service Representative, Service Representatives A and B, who are employed by the Employer at its facilities located at 1120 West Fourth Street, Mansfield, Ohio facility. Excluded: Applications Support, Communications, Construction Coordinator, Contract Inspector, Corrosion Technican, Engineer, Logistics, Resource Planner, Training Specialist, Office clerical employees, Operation clerk, Collector, M & R, Mechanic, Welders all professional employees, Gueards and Supervisors as defined in the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: All maintenance, plumbing, and equipment operators at the Employer's distillery plant, located at the Employer's Mercedita, Puerto Rico facilities. Excluded: All managerial employees, guards and supervisors as defined by the Act.
