Unit Sought: Included: all full time and part time funerary directors, funerary director assistants, maintenance employees, and secretaries employed by the Employer at its Río Piedras (González Lago), Trujillo Alto (González Lago), Bayamón (Porta Coeli), Cupey (Señorial), and San Sebastián, Puerto Rico facilities. Excluded: All other employees, cemetery employees, guards and supervisors as defined by the Act.

Unit Sought: Current Appropriate Unit Included: The unit as certified by the Puerto Rico Labor Relations Board, in case P-91-5D-93-1224 E, dated February 10, 1995, as it applies in PRTC and all of those positions that have been included in the appropriate unit on behalf of the labor Relations board as of that date. Excluded: All those excluded positions as certified by the Puerto Rico Labor Relations Board, in case P-91-5D-93-1224 E, dated February 10, 1995; including all positions located in the offices of the President, Vice-President, and Human Resources offices; and the positions situated in the following Departments: Customer Affairs, Legal, Audit, and Public Relations, and the secretary of the Group Director.
