Excluded: All other employees, office clerical employees, professional employees, managerial employees, guards and supervisors, as defined by the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: All full-time, regular part-time, and per diem registered nurses (RN), pre-license RN, charge RN I, licensed practical nurses (LPN)/licensed vocational nurses (LVN), patient care technician (PCT) I, PCT II, PCT III, secretary/receptionist. Excluded: All other employees, charge RN II, bio-medical technicians, social workers, dieticians, clinical educators, managerial employees, guards, confidential employees, and supervisors as defined in the Act.
