Region 03 - Buffalo
Welcome to Region 3 of the National Labor Relations Board.
We conduct elections, investigate charges of unfair labor practices, and protect the rights of workers to act together, serving most of New York state and Vermont from our offices in Buffalo and Albany.
If you have questions or wish to file a charge or petition for election, please call and ask for the Information Officer on duty. For our Albany Resident Office please call (518) 816-0909, and for our Buffalo Office please call (716) 551-4931. If you need to visit our offices, you must call to schedule an appointment.
We can also arrange to have someone speak with you in the language of your choice.
We are also happy to provide speakers and materials to promote a greater understanding of the National Labor Relations Act.
