Unit Description: The instant petition seeks to change the name and address of the employer of the unit to “Staffco of Brooklyn, LLC”, at the address listed in the petition. Staffco of Brooklyn, LLC is now the employer of the employees at issue. The Employer recognizes the Association as the exclusive representative for purposes of collective bargaining with respect to rates of pay, wages, hours of employment and other conditions of employment for regular full-time and regular, part-time security guards employed by the Employer, but excluding Assistant Supervisors, Supervisors, Coordinators, Assistant Director of Security, Director of Security, temporary, casual, and all other employees of the Employer, and all other supervisors as defined in the National Labor Relations Act, Section II (2) of the Act. For the purposes of this Agreement: 1. A regular, part-time security guard is one whom the employer regularly scheduled to work fifteen (15) or more hours per week.
